Feel free to let our famous Caribbean trade winds whip through! -Amenities are endless. Regatta Point Villas is a very secure neighborhood. It has tennis courts! Three pools! One on a cliff side, one in the center of the complex, and one down on the beach next to Mim's! From the villa, it is a short, relaxing 5 minute walk down to Bolongo Bay! It is an active community and it's common to see your neighbors walking a dog or out for a stroll throughout the day. MONEY: -Rent is $2400 per month with a 1-2- or 3 year lease. -Water and utilities are your responsibility. -Your own reserved parking spot comes included with unit (second spot is an option for another $20 per month, spots permitting). -Included: You will get two gate swipe keys for the security gate. You can also buzz your guests in. We will program the call box at the security gate to your phone number, so when guests arrive, your phone rings, and you press and the gate opens!
