The expectation from everyone is that this will be sold very quickly! Why? Amazing location close to everything, yet this classy neighborhood is gated, quiet, has a community pool, and folks even walk on sidewalks! This is one of the few that has wonderful mountain views and backs up to a private area. I love the open floor plan, the plethora of light, high ceilings, and split bedroom plan. The gourmet kitchen is an integral part of the home and exemplifys casual living. Both the great room and the master open onto a wonderful patio and walled yard that is not too big, not too small. Did I mention how private it is? Travertine tile throughout and not one step! There is even an alcove for a small office. I would not miss this one... They are few and far between.
