Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT). Renovations are currently focused on the exterior of the building and will not affect the interior of your unit. However, balcony access will be restricted at times, and work on the balconies may impact your stay. In addition, certain walkways will be temporarily closed for major renovations, which may limit access to your condo. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per condo. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
