Starting August 4, 2025, the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT). Balcony access will be restricted at times, and certain walkways will be temporarily closed for major renovations, which may limit access to your condo. Please do not set the thermostat below 74 degrees during the spring and summer months, as running it too low can cause the system to freeze and may result in service interruptions. To keep the condo cool and the system working efficiently, please also do not leave windows or doors open while the AC is operating or it will cause damage to the air-conditioning system.
