The house boasts a great view, a beautiful backyard, has been freshly painted, is located in an excellent neighborhood, is quiet and comfortable, is very clean, is close to a cul-de-sac, and is away from traffic. The furniture is brand-new, stylish, and fresh. The house comes equipped with an air conditioner and a heater. A washer and dryer are available. We also provide a car garage and remote keys for your convenience. Short-term lease: Rented fully furnished (the minimum is one month) and completely equipped, including microwave, coffee maker, TVs, utensils, blenders, If the lease is for 3 months or less, the monthly rent is $4000. If rented for 4 months or more, the monthly rent will be $3000. No smoking, no pets We will be responsible for trimming the grass and watering the outside plants, all included in the monthly fee. The following is the house rule for a short-term lease fully furnished: House Rules 1. General Cleaning: - Sweep or vacuum the floors to remove any dirt or debris. - Wipe down surfaces such as countertops, tables, and kitchen appliances. - Empty the trash and dispose of it in the designated bins. - Ensure that all dishes are washed, dried, and put away. - Place used linens and towels in the designated laundry area. 2. Bathroom Cleaning: - Clean and sanitize the toilet, sink, and shower or bathtub. - Replace any toiletries that have been used up. - Wipe down mirrors and surfaces. 3. Kitchen Cleaning: - Clean the stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. - Wipe down kitchen cabinets and countertops. - Check for any spills or stains and clean them up. 4. Check-Out Tasks: - Close and lock all windows and doors before leaving. - Turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating units. 5. The following is STRICTLY forbidden -Smoking is absolutely prohibited and the Guests that break this house rule will receive a $500 penalty. -Parties of any kind are NOT allowed on the property. -Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 6. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them. 7. Garbage collection is every Thursday, make sure to place the trash cans outside every Wednesday evening 8. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus the penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation. 9.
