I am looking to sublet- potentially you could do a 12 month lease if you like the apartment, but I have 6 months left and need to move. This apartment is very cozy. With one screened in patio and a balcony on the back too. Dishwasher and double oven are included. All hardwood floors- except for the bathroom and the kitchen. 2 closets- I use one for my vanity, but that's just me. Pantry in the kitchen. Built in little bar too. Original brick fireplace in the living room. Neighborhood is wonderful. I have lived in the area for 3 years and have loved it. There's a cute bodega down the street and a laundromat too. There is parking on the street, which is typical for midtown parking. I haven't had an issue with finding parking for the most part. You can pay rent online and access everything from the app.
