All adults over the age of 18 must fill out the application and sign the lease agreement no exceptions. Applicants who are 20 years of age or younger must have a co-signer that meet all application criteria and be willing to sign the lease agreement. Housing costs cannot exceed 1/3 of monthly income. We must receive favorable returns on credit history, background checks, and previous rental references.
