Private Room with a shared bathroom on the 1st level. This room is in a quite, nice neighborhood conveniently located 9.2 miles from Ellsworth Air Force Base & 4 miles from downtown Rapid City. Brand new carpets, everything is extremely clean! No Pets - The only pet I would Consider is a hypoallergenic small dog as I am allergic to cats and dogs that aren't. Garage is used to full capacity but I would consider storing a bike in my enclosed trailer for a small fee. Great views downtown and the hills! This room is 13 x 9 ' (117 sq foot) with shared bathroom with other person. I am looking for a CLEAN, responsible adult (1 person ONLY). Need to be able to clear a background check. No Smoking - I want a fun, clean, safe house. If you drink, that's fine - handle yourself ;) Ideally - you are looking for a long term stay and we become great friends. However, starting out this is a month to month situation due to previous roommates that needed to be gone :/ There is a deposit of $800 required to move in. Utilities are split!
