We are ok with renters subleasing their property for this week, receiving up to $800 per night, but there are 2 conditions. 1) Owners must approve all sub-leases, including Masters leases. 2) Owners receive 25% of rental proceeds for assuming the risk of the rental. Lease term will be a minimum of 1 year. Owner is open to a longer lease term if desired, but rent may be changed if a longer lease is negotiated. Renters will pay the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent before moving in to the home. The security deposit, along with any remaining pet deposit, will be returned to the renter after the property has been inspected after they leave if no damage other than normal wear-and-tear is found. If any damage is found, the security deposit will pay to repair it. Any remaining funds will be disbursed. If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the renter will be responsible to reimburse the owner for the additional amount.
