When can you move in? August 1st. Where is the sublet located? We're located in the Town of Webster within steps of Hooligans, Pontillo's Pizza, and Nucci's. You'd be within a 5-minute drive to Wegmans, Target, LA Fitness and more. How much will you expect to pay? We pay $1325/month for our lease, but since we're looking to sweeten the deal for those that are interested, we will cover $100 of your rent each month of the remaining sublet (sublease ends September 30th, and if you choose to renew for your own lease moving forward, this would not continue).
