The house has a large fenced yard. There are a washer and dryer in the basement. There is driveway parking for two cars. The bedrooms are small, but both have queen beds, and both have closets. We are on a great block, and it the Bayfront Walkway is down at the corner. The house is six blocks from downtown and UPMC. This house is next door to a three-unit property which I also own and I live in one of the units. Landlord pays for water, sewer, trash, lawn mowing, and snow plowing. Tenant pays for gas, cable, and electric; otherwise rent will be $2200 and the landlord will pay all utilities. The neighborhood is very quiet at night.
