Video Tour: https youtu.be/Ksj0AV1tmnc Thanks for your interest. I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a fantastic apartment complex. I will miss living here very much, but I am moving to Colorado! The move in date is flexible, but needs to happen within 2-4 weeks of signing the lease. The rent: $1248/month. Add electric, water/sewage, and $10 valet trash on top of that. The apartment: 698 square feet. Includes washer/dryer and one great kitchen. The lease: runs until around the beginning of June 2018. You will sign on and I will tell them I am moving. My name will remain on file alongside yours, but the apartment will be fully yours. The complex: Two pools, two gyms, frequent socials organized by the management, multiple transit options (train and rapid bus), and a lot of great people. If you decide to move in, here's how it works: You apply to the Midtown Commons. Once you're approved, you and I decide on a move-in date within 2-4 weeks of the time of signing. I need time to notify my work, pack, and get the logistics of my move figured out. At the time of signing, you'll pay a prorated rent based on your move-in date. You'll pay a $65 application fee, but I will refund that to you when you move in! And even better, I've already paid the security deposit, so there's nothing there for you to worry about. On the day of the move, I'll get out and hand everything over to you. Then it's all yours! To learn more about the complex, visit http www.midtowncommons.com/. You get to KEEP the security deposit yourself when you move out ($700) and I will give you $200 cash when you sign the lease! I will also refund all of your application fees incurred by the apartment complex! Responsible for electric, sewer/water, $10 month valet trash. I am currently on the lease but moving to Colorado as soon as I find a replacement and give my work notice. You will take over my lease for the rest of the duration (next June).
