(Shared by two others, 59 & 69 y.o. males) Presently unfurnished except for an Ikea cupboard/closet (last tenant had their own furniture), but we can find a bed and desk, etc., if desired. Newly painted, and new carpet installed, one year ago, and left very clean by previous tenant. Standard lease. --No smoking, no pets. --Duration is negotiated (typically 12 months initially, but that's flexible), continuing month-to-month after initial term. --Modest rent increases typically happen every 1-2 years.
