Very strong HOA that makes sure your maintenance dues go somewhere. Beautiful pools, tennis courts, soccer area, all kept in mint condition. Fantastic security provided by HOA in addition to regular services. A really nice neighborhood to bring up your children or live a carefree lifestyle. Near the airport, and we have had no problems with noise other than what is expected. Jets get quieter and windows insulated. If you work for the airport community this is the place to live.
