It’s the perfect size for retirees! The back yard is the best. 20’ x 40’ outdoor entertainment area. I spend many a evening enjoying this space with a outdoor frig, 7 person hot tub, nicely landscaped yard with two fast growing bottle brush trees that will provide shade in a few years. Patio is screened in so no bugs! It’s a peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We came from a country setting and thought we would have to get used to neighborhood noice, but it is so quiet. Rancho Vista is a great place to live!
