We have for rent a nicely done, very clean two bedroom, bath and a half duplex in a nice location, just north of 12th St. on the south side of Quincy. This apartment is close to restaurants, grocery stores and Quincy's South Park. On the main level, you will find a nice size living room, a very large dining room with a small laundry closet and a kitchen with lots of cabinets and a small corner pantry. Also located on the main level is a half bath. On the second floor there are two moderately sized bedrooms with ample closet space and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Out back you will find covered parking for one car and of course there is always parking on the street out front. All applicants must provide proof of income that is three times the amount of the monthly rent. A criminal background screening is required before moving forward. Keep in mind this is a no pet facility and we do require a 12 month lease. We do not allow pets in or outside on the property and we do not allow smoking of any kind inside the house or on the enclosed porch. We do provide the water for the house but the owner does not pay for any other utilities.
