The washer and dryer are in the basement and are yours to use for free (shared with the first-floor tenant). Yes free laundry. In addition to the many closets that are inside the apartment, you also have a storage area in the basement with shelves. Don't forget about your car garage. You will find the garage convenient for many things. Some use it for their car, bikes, or storage. Utilities: The landlord pays cold water. The tenant pays the PECO bill which includes electric (light, air-condition, etc.) and gas (stove, heat, hot water, etc.). - No smoking and no pets are allowed on the premises. - All interested applicants must complete a rental application and apply for a rental credit report and criminal background check. - First month, last month, and security deposit of one month rent are required up front. P.S: The posted pictures were taken before the latest tenant moved in. The apartment is currently being refreshed with new carpet, paint, and more. Owner is a licensed real estate agent.
