Wood floors in main area ceramic tile in bathroom. Large shower only in bathroom no tub. Washer and dryer is included within unit. Rental rate is based on single occupancy since we pay the water, add $100/month for additional occupant. Owner pays water bill and internet/wifi, tenant to have gas and electric in their name. Rent due by the first of the month. Must have favorable rental references for past two landlords, no evictions, verifiable income, and provide credit score through the service we use. The unit is a non smoking unit. No MJ can be grown on the property.
