The place comes with your own parking spot and ample street parking, access to a private Sauna (men's and women's), a pool, a gym, and a community lounge. The Harbor Cove is undergoing construction, so when you move in you will have a brand new Washer and Dryer in your unit, a brand new porch, and a new sliding door and bedroom window. We love this place, and we even endured the months of construction for you ahead of time but we were recently offered a room in a shared house with friends which is why we're subletting. The lease is very flexible it almost functions as a month-to-month lease because it's very easy to find subletters (we moved in by subletting from someone else!) Foster City is an incredibly safe area, with beautiful weather, and you are in the heart of Foster City at Harbor Cove. Our favorite part about this apartment is the huge porch and the really deep closets.
