Hello. I have a granny unit walking distance to ISU. It is ideal for grad students. The unit has new a/c and heat. There is a private driveway and a yard and small cellar storage. It can be furnished for the right tenant. Open to temporary stays but prefer twelve month leases. There is no smoking and no pets. Ideal renter is a good communicator. I have had great tenants in the past and great working relationships. I am looking for the same. Thank you very much.
