This is a 4 bedroom and 2 bath house, and only 2 rooms upstairs are for rent. I am only asking for $1,000 per month which includes utilities, laundry, but not internet. You have to open the internet service on your own expense or share the cost with your only other roommate. I am looking for either a foreign exchange or college student to share this place who is financially stable, clean and responsible.
