Please note that the home includes a $200 monthly utility allowance for combined electricity and gas. Pool heating runs on gas and can cost up to $100 per night. Any utility charges over the $200 monthly allowance will be the guest's responsibility. The pool is a saltwater system. The third bedroom offers added privacy, as it is detached from the main home and accessed via a small covered patio (see photos). The Responsible Person must be at least 30 years old. The home accommodates up to 4 guests. For groups larger than 2, there is a $15 per night charge for each additional guest. One small pup is welcome with prior host approval. The pet fee is $10 per night, plus a $100 pup cleaning fee. All vehicles must be parked on the property, up to a maximum of three. The cleaning fee for a minimum 28 night stay is $450. The maximum included amount for gas and electric utilities is $200 per month in total. Any overage beyond that allowance will be the guest's responsibility. A holding deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay is required to remove the listing from availability.
