There are only two entrances to the 110 homes in Fairfax Meadows neighborhood, and they are both off Coit Road. This means that there is never any through-traffic, making it very secure and low crime. We have a mandatory homeowner's association ($100/yr) that makes sure all owners comply with the rules. This protects the value of the homes and makes the neighborhood a very pleasant place to live.
