Located within walking distance of Golden Gate Park, multiple bus lines, restaurants and grocery stores. Laundry is not available onsite but there is a laundromat within one block of the unit. Utilities are paid separately within the unit. About the current tenants - There are two young female adults currently occupying the other rooms. They generally keep to themselves during the work week. There is a quiet and very friendly cat (ESA) who lives here. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. Looking for a nice, quiet, friendly person to fill this room very soon! One year lease. No smoking or any kind. No pets, except ESA. Unfurnished. Security deposit is one month rent. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities.
