Maine Medical is a stones throw, restaurants, Civic Center, the world famous Old Port, interstate 295, and of course the waterfront are all within walking distance. All utilities are included and a/c can be provided in summer at additional $25 per month. THIS IS A ROOMING HOUSE. Kitchens and bathrooms are shared. Coin op laundry on premise. Rooms (if you want) are furnished with bed, chairs or couch, 3.5 cuft refrigerator, bureau, some have desks. Or we can remove it all if you have your own. NO SMOKING in the building or OR NEAR ENTRY. Residents are required to sign a rule sheet and minimum stay of 3 weeks, although many have lived here over 10 years.
