It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The master bedroom has an extra large closet with nice sliding doors. The full bath consists of a large shower with a seat. The open luxury kitchen consists of a full size stainless refrigerator, microwave, and an over-sized oven as well as a stainless steel under mounted kitchen sink.The kitchen cabinets and drawers each have a soft close feature with full extensions on the drawers. The living area has a nice entertainment center with a 50" flat screen TV and a soundbar with DVD player. The 2 fully extendable recliners with led lighting on the bottom and cup holders make for luxury relaxation after a long day! In addition, an extra sofa changes into a bed. In the bunkhouse, there are 2 beds with a couch that can also convert into a bed. There is plenty of storage and space ready for a flat screen TV to be hooked up. The central vaccuum system makes for easy cleaning. There is LED and recessed lighting throughout the RV. A few of the outdoor features include an attached grill, a full outdoor kitchen, plenty of underbelly storage, a welded aluminum-framed, electric awning with LED lightstrip, exterior bluetooth speakers, a full walk-on roof, and an automatic leveling system. This model retails for $106,000, but we are asking $75,000. We are the only owners and have taken good care of it! It is still under warranty. The only time it has been driven is when it was delivered to our current location. We are currently set-up near a golf course, within walking distance to the San Saba River, and complete with artificial grass and outdoor string lighting. Our rental space is $450 a month which includes all bills, including internet. Our RV's wifi extender helps improve the signal. The RV could be moved or if you want to leave it where it is, the set-up we currently have can be negotiated.
