Beautiful original oak hardwood floors in living, dining, halls, and bedrooms. The whole house was painted in 2017. Bathrooms have newer toilets with elongated seats and modern plumbing fixtures. All windows are vinyl double-hung with dual-pane glass. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and so does the eat-in kitchen, and the living room. Bedrooms have super convenient mini walk-in closets, with hanger bars and shelves on each side as you enter. The home has all-electric central heating and air. Three storage closets in the hallway make it easy to store towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Back yard has a covered deck and beautiful trees. Pest control provided twice a year. Tenant will be responsible for lawn maintenance, but lawn service can be arranged for an additional monthly fee. One dog under 50 lbs will be permitted with additional refundable pet deposit. Tenant must prove the animal is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick medications, and that the animal has no history of barking, being aggressive, or any other issues. This home will be shown by appointment only and all applicants will have to prove that they have outstanding credit, solid employment, and good prior rental history. Owner pays for pest control. Tenant responsible for lawn care, or can be arranged for a fee.
