The house was built in 1906, so the bedrooms are smallish but the sweet backyard patio (partly shared with the owners, who are gardeners...) AND private balcony, with distant views, makes up for it. Just off of the eat-in kitchen is a pantry / walk in closet and a brand new washer/dryer. Utilities not included in the monthly rent. Credit check, current work and landlord refs required. Discounts offered off of rent for seasonal care taking. We love pets but they must have great refs.
