I'm looking for someone to take over the lease in a shared 2 bed, 1.5 bath apt. The apartment is located in Graduate Hospital, just 2 blocks off South Street, near a lot of cafes, grocery stores and restaurants. Very short walk to Wawa, Starbucks, Heirloom. 5 min drive to I-76, 10min walk to Schuylkill river park and 15 min walk to Rittenhouse. The neighborhood is pretty quiet with a mix of families, grad students, and commuters. The building itself has only two units (we're the top unit), so very little traffic in the building. The living room faces west, so it gets a ton of natural light in the afternoon/evening. The rooms face east and west and get a lot of natural light in the morning and afternoon. Central air/heat, in-unit washer/dryer, second-floor bedrooms are carpeted, and hardwood floors on the first level. The living room is fully furnished. Renters are responsible for gas, electric and internet. Landlord/leasing agency has been extremely responsive to the few maintenance issues we've had. First month and security due at move in.
