We also ask that the tenant/s are non-smokers as this is a non-smoking facility. We require first months rent and one month's rent as a deposit before day of move in. We pay electric up to $200, water and gas. you will be responsible for internet and cable. This property sits across from the PAFB base and in the evening hours this is a very quiet area.
