No smoking permitted in the house, however smoking on the porch and other areas on the proerty are permitted. The Property has two homes on it. The other home is rented to a young Couple who live in their own home on the property. The Tenant is responsible for mowing and weed waking their side of the property and must be kept bellow 6 inches during the summer months and 12 inches during the winter months. Tenant in the other house may be willing to do this work for a fee. Other agreements apply which will be discussed with the tenant as this property has wildlife living around and on it.
