A lovely outdoor shower is at the back of the house. Water is provided via a water point in a spring box to which a pump is attached each Spring. At the lakefront is a 16’x16’ screened house with electricity, storage, a deck, and a floating dock. A row boat and paddle boat are included. As is a 10’x10’ Rave floating trampoline!
