Alteration, replacement, or installation of locks, security devices, or satellite television receiving equipment is prohibited without prior written consent of Owner. No smoking in dwelling including attached garage. No pets. Must provide list of vehicles; no car repairs allowed on premises. In accordance with the City of Portland's fair housing ordinances, applications will not be considered until March 26, 2025 at 5 p.m.
