If you ARE: Looking to live in a quiet house with proximity to nature and healthy activities and expect common courtesy from your housemates, you'd be a welcomed addition. Included in 6 month lease (month to month after): 4 person hot tub heated 24/7 Washer/dryer on site with detergent included. All utilities are included in above pricing. High speed internet included. Netflix in each room included. 2 refrigerators and pantry space suitable for 6 people. Full kitchen equipment supplied. Large secure lockers in the garage with your own key. Maid cleans rooms, bedding and common areas every other week. 1 mile from some of the best hiking/biking in California, mile to the 101 freeway. 20 minutes to the beach by car. You can actually mountain bike through Sycamore Canyon to the ocean; it's an amazing ride. 100 yards from a Trader Joe's, Mexican food, Indian food, coffee shop, gym, physical therapy aka: weekend warrior store. 1st month's rent and $500 security deposit due at lease signing. Below are expectations of tenants: This is not a sober living, this is a home with sober occupants. I do not monitor/micromanage. You are free to come and go as you please and enjoy your sobriety! Gentlemen only tenants, guests are welcome before 10pm, overnight stays are not allowed If you smell of alcohol or are obviously impaired, I will breathalyze/urine test and revoke lease if positive.
