Whole Foods and City Market within 5 minutes, also many different variety of restaurants in immediate area. 6 months or Long term lease available. No Pets Please Utilities are not included, renters are required to get all utilities put into their name. There will be no one else living in or occupying the property, including guest without the landlords permission. No animals kept in or around the property. NO PETS ALLOWED. No smoking on premises or in the house. Tenant is responsible for all damages to house, contents, and property, outside of normal wear and tear. State the length and terms of the lease and on mutual agreement between landlord and tenant if the lease can be extended. If extended landlord has the right to increase the amount of the lease within a reasonable amount. If renewing the lease both parties must be given a 30 day notice of intent unless otherwise discuss. Due date when monthly rental payments are due with a grace period of 7 days. If payment is late and overdue there will be a $500 dollar fine per day until payment in full is received. At the end of the lease tenant is required to hire a professional cleaning crew in order to return the house back to its original rented condition. There will be no improvements to the property without the landlords consent. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal and the landscaping up keep and maintenance. Any damage done while preforming these chores will be the responsibility of the tenant. If tenant is going to leave the property for a period of more than 4 days will be required to let the landlord know in advance. If there are any major problems relating to the house, structurally, heating, electric, or water related, or major concerns that the tenant has, the landlord is to be notified IMMEDIATELY. Tenant cannot assign the lease rental to any other party. Tenant can not change, add, or replace locks without landlords permission. Tenant is responsible for the full obligation of payment of the entire terms of this lease. Whether or not they complete the lease term, UNLESS acceptability is granted by the landlord
