If there are any major problems relating to the house, structurally, heating, electric, or water related, or major concerns that the tenant has, the landlord is to be notified IMMEDIATELY. Tenant cannot assign the lease rental to any other party. Tenant can not change, add, or replace locks without landlords permission. Tenant is responsible for the full obligation of payment of the entire terms of this lease. Whether or not they complete the lease term, UNLESS acceptability is granted by the landlord
