House is furnished, bedroom is not. No cats or dogs, other animals are up for conversation. A lease can start asap, and will last until June 30th, 2026. A new lease will then be signed for 1 year, starting July 1st. 1st month and security deposit is due at signing. Must prove that your monthly income is at least 3 times the rent (income $1830 a month). No smoking indoors, no additional cats or dogs. Small pets in enclosures are ok. The Tenant must clean up after themselves/participate in general upkeep. Tenants can utilize off street parking, the driveway is not available.
