Two and a half shared bathrooms( half bath on main floor and a full bath at each end of the upstairs hallway).Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Washer and Dryer are provided and shared. Housekeeper will come once a month to clean shared spaces. Parking spaces are in back or on the street in front. THIS IS SIMPLE LIVING. One half of Last Month's rent is required when paying the Deposit. ($600 Deposit plus $300 for 1/2 Last Month) This is a total of $$900. The remaining portion of Last Month's rent ($300) will be due in 60 days. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up common areas after use...if you make a mess, clean it up. No smoking allowed inside the property. No pets allowed. One parking space per tenant in the rear parking area. Being considerate of your housemates is a must!
