The pictures with the room are available for rent. About the location: Calm home located in Western Davis. 10 minute walk to campus and 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's and the new Davis plaza. Walkable to UCD's the ARC and Redwood Park. Driveway contains enough parking space for 3 vehicles; otherwise street parking is available requiring the city's P Permit. The ASUCD Unitrans bus stops for lines B and C are located closely. About the house: House includes a kitchen, furnished living room, sun room, garage, backyard, and two bathrooms. There are two fridges available, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Washer and dryer are included. The main bathroom is shared between 3 housemates. There is an additional bathroom in the master bedroom that may be used in case of urgent need. **PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AS STATED IN THE LEASING CONTRACT** Spacious backyard with a fire pit. About payments: Only payments needed monthly are for rent and PG&E. Due to the owner's preferences, monthly rent is due at the 1st of each month. Other payments like WIFI is shared amongst everyone. There are no payments required for utilities or gardening. About you: Be responsible, considerate, and fun. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and are open to be co-ed as well. About the tenants continuing to live at this location: Hello! We are Luis and Andrew. We enjoy taking trips out to Sac and Davis to shop and try out local restaurants. We also enjoy traveling to the bay and spend time with our current housemates/friends. We enjoy talking in the living room and watch shows & movies/play games together. We also like to cook meals together and play pickleball. Please message me to schedule tours, applications, and additional information. Owner pays for gardening and WSG. Tenants pay for WIFI and PGE every month. The lease lasts for about a year and subleasing is available.
