Driveway contains enough parking space for 3 vehicles; otherwise street parking is available requiring the city's P Permit. The ASUCD Unitrans bus stops for lines B and C are located closely. About the house: House includes a kitchen, furnished living room, sun room, garage, backyard, and two bathrooms. There are two fridges available, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Washer and dryer are included. The main bathroom is shared between 3 housemates. There is an additional bathroom in the master bedroom that may be used in case of urgent need. **PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AS STATED IN THE LEASING CONTRACT** Spacious backyard with a fire pit. About payments: Only payments needed monthly are for rent and PG&E. Due to the owner's preferences, monthly rent is due at the 1st of each month. Other payments like WIFI is shared amongst everyone.
