Welcome to Casa Bella Suite in Centennial. The suite is the lower part of this charming and stylish house. You'll have your own apartment, with a private entrance and patio. Enjoy easy access to major highways for a quick commute to downtown Denver, DTC, Denver or Centennial airport, and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking to unwind, get some work done, or have some fun, we provide a relaxing experience. We offer the perfect blend of relaxation and serendipity, ensuring a great short-term vacation rental experience for all guests. The space: the house is divided into two floors. You will have the lower level which has a private entrance and patio. My friend lives upstairs with his friendly little dog Bella. The house has a big living area including an open kitchen and a desk. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen has a portable electric stove and no oven. A microwave, coffee maker and a fridge are provided. There is free parking and no fenced garden. This is a peaceful and friendly family neighborhood to relax, but close enough if you have to reach the Centennial airport, DTC or you want to go downtown Denver or Colorado Springs. Guest access: You will have the entire private suite and the patio in front of it. PARKING: You can park in front of the house for free. Please don't block the garage entrance. Max 2 vehicles. SMOKING of any kind is not allowed indoors. PETS: Only small dogs are allowed if previously communicated. No cats. LAUNDRY: It's for sharing, and it's located upstairs. There is a separate door to enter. CLEANING: $100 one time cleaning fee Month to month. Rent by weeks also available. Currently availble may 18 to june 30.
