Cats allowed with small fee (we don't have one), but no dogs. 25-minute walk from campus, and both the 2 and 4 bus routes pick up right outside so you can quickly get to campus, downtown, or uptown. Apartment is located on the edge of Marcy-Holmes, and the neighborhood is great - my friends and I have lived in this area for two years (four-plus for some of them) and never had any incidents or felt unsafe. Taking over a lease through end of August at a lovely one-bedroom apartment. Yearly leases after that. Internet and all utilities except electric included in the rent. Electric was ~$35/month for me.
