    **Reduced price from $1085 to $975 Price is also negotiable! Looking for someone to sublease my apartment in The Endurance apartment complex located on 725 SE. 8th Street. The apartment will be available at the beginning of January 2020 and the lease extends to July 31st. The building is very safe as it requires keyfob access to enter and each door has an electric deadbolt lock, allowing you to create your own pin for entry. The building is new and has clean, modern finishes to it. Modern appliances have been installed and I have had no issues with anything maintenance wise. I am subleasing because I had a change in my schooling career, requiring me to move to a different location. My apartment is located on the first floor, making it easier to move any large pieces of furniture. The $975 rent includes an assigned parking space right behind the building and is next to the door entry. Water, heat, garbage, and recycling are also included in the rent. The only utilities you would be paying would be for electricity, wifi, and cable if desired. Getting the wifi setup was super easy through Xfinity and I would even recommend you to the guy who installed it for me. Just click on the "Studio" tab and choose the first option model (430 sq ft). I have also included pictures of my current setup to give you a better understanding of the space available. The apartment is managed by Dinkytown rentals. As I'm sure you have already done, a quick google search brings up some not so nice comments about their management practices. Although I was also skeptical of this at first, I have not had any issues with them. I believe the nicest part about this apartment is how new it truly is, eliminating the need to ever really interact with the management company in the first place. As compared to other buildings that are old and often require a maintenance request to be sent in to fix something, you really won't need to spend any time dealing with these hassles.
