Having the living space all on one level, makes this a perfect place for a family with small children. No steps or stairs to worry about inside the home and a big furnished patio to play, barbecue and relax. This fantastic retreat offers a nice open floor plan with living, kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the luxury of a window AC in the living/dining/kitchen area as well as 2 big TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The living room offers plenty of seating for the entire family. One sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option. It folds to a queen bed. The kitchen is brand-new with nicest appliances and a bar with two stools facing the living room. Perfect for those memorable vacation nights where the family cooks and talks together with the patio door open enjoying a nice breeze from the ocean. All 3 bedrooms are located along the hallway in the back of the house. The Master offers a Queen bed, TV and an attached bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and offer a King bed and two twin beds. Please note that the twin bedroom is very small.
