Hello, we are looking for 1 roommate to rent a private bedroom and private bathroom in a three bed two bath home available the 3rd week of MAY 2025. It is located at 7th and Dawson. The room is 200sq feet with a very large living area and a shared bathroom. There are two large windows so room gets plenty of light and beautiful hard wood floors that are well taken care of. The room has huge closet and an open living space. The Bedroom is unfurnished. The Unit is completely remodeled with a lot of cool amenities such as, reverse osmosis water system, remote controlled lighting/fan as well as dimmers, LED lighting, usb plugs, an air vent that sucks all of the hot air out of the house, dishwasher, onsite laundry, fireplace, bbq, security cameras, two shower heads in each bathroom, lots of storage. There is one parking spot that we share so one person gets it every two days. We pay our rent through Venmo so we send all of our rent directly to one of my roommates and he pays it together(no checks). We also use Splitwise for utilities it's an awesome app that does all the work for you. Water is included we pay gas/internet/electricity which comes out to around $100 a month. We would prefer to find one person as opposed to a couple or shared room. And unfortunately no pets (I wish!). A little bit about my roommate and I, both of us works full time out of the house. We both really like to keep all common areas very clean and you can do whatever you want in your room. We want to find someone who will fit well with our personalities. I am male and she is female, we are both 43. We are quiet and respectful, we don't care if you have people over sometimes but prefer not all of the time to keep things peaceful. We have a very good amount of pots/dishes/cups/utensils blenders, rice cookers etc. that you can use if needed. We really like our landlord and he is very good about getting things fixed right away. We will require a credit check ($35) as well as income verification. The lease is Month to Month but would prefer someone who is looking to stay for at least 1 year. They total around $100 each per month for Internet, Gas, Garbage, and Electricity.
