Looking for somebody to take over my lease from April to August 22, 2016. The only bills I have is rent and electric, owner pays everything else. I'm offering my security deposit at the end of lease (minus cleaning fees) which is about $600 and a $500 incentive which is equal to $100 off rent each month, making it $1195.
