TRUE 2 BED NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEVATOR (4TH FLOOR) BAR LIKE KITCHEN W DISHWASHER LAUNDRY ROOM WORKOUT ROOM NORTHERN EXPOSURE WITH LIGHT Hello everyone, I have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment (doesn't need to be converted) in a modern building built from the ground up on east 9th street in the East Village area. There is also a shared backyard for the building which is great for meeting people laying out/ grilling, dinner parties etc. Its also an elevator building with a clean well lit laundry room. Oh the building is pet friendly as well. I personally rent from this landlord ( 7 years ) and the reason why I have stayed so long - unlike stuy town with there 500 to 800 rent increases these guys have raised the rent usually 100 to 200 bucks a year. I think they are a quality landlord. The building is a new construction so has very thick walls. There is a new police station across the street which in regards to safety is actually pretty great. Its only for detectives and parking meters so no loud sirens but makes the block one of the safest in the East Village The area is awesome- easy walking distance to everywhere in the Lower East Side, East Village, Soho, Nolita, Little Italy etc. Tons of cool bars, pubs, shops etc. Sunshine Movie theater is a block away. Whole foods super market is 1 avenue away. The F, V train is right around the corner and 6,N,R,J,M,Z are all walking distance. Besides the astronomical amount of cool bars and restaurants several of the popular restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. etc. The Waylan is around the corner, Esperanto, NuBlu, Lois wine bar, etc. The landlord requires 1 months rent and 1 month security and yes they take out of town guarantors if they are needed. The apt is currently occupied and the landlord requires that I ask several questions before showing it (bothering the tenants). My cell phone is the best way to reach me otherwise if you need to email please add a US contact number. On a side note I walk around the East Village all day and add all the all night happy hours and 1 oysters etc on my website EASTVILLAGEEVERYTHING com. It's the only way I can keep track of whats going on around here. Feel free to use it if you like. It mostly works for going out on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights for cheap food/ drink specials and if you want to do a search on something odd like great happy hours, skeeball, trivia night etc. Thanks Nicholas VanderBorgh
