There is also a sunroom/office space that looks out on to the backyard. Local school is Bear Creek Elementary The front yard has a mixture of perennials and the large fenced backyard includes three raised garden beds, fruit trees, and a coldframe for growing greens in the winter. There is a 3.2 kW solar photovoltaic system that will offset or eliminate electricity bills. We are asking $3,000 per month with a full month's rent as a security deposit upon signing the lease. The move-in date can be May 1st or May 15th. No smoking inside! We try to be very responsive to our tenants' needs and will respond to all maintenance and general issues within one day via text or phone.
