    What's special

Looking for a mature, responsible roommate (preferably long term) to share this massive 2 bed / 2 bath apartment by Hancock Park, starting March 1st. The unit is on a very safe, quiet residential street, close to Larchmont Village. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are pretty well furnished (there's plenty of space if you have stuff of your own). But your room comes UNFURNISHED. THE APARTMENT: Built in 1928, the house is really a 3 bed / 3 bath, but I've historically reserved one as a guest room. The total square footage of this place is roughly 2,500 sq feet. There's tonnes of space. Your bedroom has plenty of closets and an attached ensuite bathroom. There's also an ensuite laundry room, newly installed central AC, a garage and ample street parking. Other things that give this place its charm are a gas fireplace, Spanish tiles, archways, hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, vintage light fixtures, and a vintage stove/oven. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: A responsible professional to share this wonderful space. Someone who's established with a steady and reliable income. Ideally you've outgrown your party phase - it's more about nice dinners and a glass of wine these days. No couples, smoking, or pets. Must be gay-friendly. One month's security deposit required. And we'll split utilities (internet, electricity and water). ABOUT MYSELF: I'm a pretty busy individual who works in advertising. I'm certainly not a homebody, but when I am home I do like being domestic. I envision our apartment to be a haven where we can both relax and destress. And I'm happy to share the responsibility of keeping this place clean and in order. If you'd like to visit, send me an email introducing yourself. 12 months
