Kitchen has oven, refrigerator, stove top, microwave and toaster oven. Large back porch with comfortable seating and beautiful views of pasture and barn. Monthly rent includes storage space in lower level of the barn which has a concrete floor. Pasture (approx. 2 acres) and one bay of the barn is available for the keeping of larger animals (cows or 1 or 2 horses) for an extra $300/month. Any pasture tenant is entirely responsible for care of animals and upkeep of pasture and fencing and any damage caused by animals. Owner pays utilities (gas, water, electricity) up to $250/per month which has always covered those utilities in the past. Renter is responsible for excessive utility use above that amount. Rent does NOT include Wi-fi and it does not include yard maintenance. Mowing is currently handled by an individual at a reasonable price. Renter may use barn for storage of yard equipment. Minimum lease is 6 months. If pasture is not rented by cabin tenant for an extra $300/month, then pasture and one or two bays of the barn may be made available for rent by someone else.
