Lawn service can be included at an additional fee. We have a nice home, rents month to month, and expect you to treat this home with respect. Rent is due first of the month. If you cannot pay the rent please do not apply. Pets are an absolute no. If you have pets then we will not respond. Would like to find a long term renter but will be month to month to begin with until we can get a comfort level together. Looking for mature people who do what they say.
