There is a 4 bedroom apartment available ASAP at The Retreat Corvallis It will be vacated as early as the end of June/July 1st! -Rent is $737.95/mo each -Rent includes complimentary HD cable & wifi -There is only 1 utility bill paid for electricity and gas via the Simple Bills site/app that is often times very reasonable and small *Each room has it's own private bathroom, there is an in unit washer dryer, and access to The Retreat's luxurious amenities* The Retreat features the MOST amenities of any off campus housing in Corvallis: -Resort style pool -Clubhouse -Full weight and cardio rooms -Indoor golf simulator -A complimentary coffee bar -Free use of tanning beds -A computer lab. -The apartment complex is pet friendly and there are many tenants with animals walking around the grounds. It has been a great place to live, but we are graduating and moving in with other roommates next year. We would love for someone to take our place enjoying life at The Retreat.
